Trainer Bio

I specialize in solving the problems other trainers often can’t.

From chronic aches and recurring injuries to stubborn plateaus and movement dysfunction, I work with people who are frustrated, stuck, or ready for a smarter approach. My focus is building bodies that function well in real life. Bodies that are strong, durable, capable, and pain-resilient.

With nearly 20 years in the fitness industry and over a decade of personal training experience, I’ve worked with everyone from competitive athletes to busy professionals, new parents, and individuals rebuilding after injury. I have continued education in both pre- and post natal training, allowing me to confidently support women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the return to high-level performance.

My philosophy is simple: build the athlete first. Whether you compete or not, everyone benefits from strength, coordination, mobility, and resilience. Looking fit is one thing, moving well, feeling strong, and sustaining it long term is what truly matters.

Earlier in my career, I competed at a national level in speed skating, earning medals and developing the discipline and work ethic that still shape how I coach today. I also spent many years as a Canfitpro Pro Trainer, mentoring other fitness professionals and teaching them how to train effectively and responsibly. That experience sharpened my eye for movement and deepened my ability to break down complex problems into clear, practical solutions.

Today, I divide my time between training athletes and helping driven individuals build bodies that perform well in everyday life. My coaching is thoughtful, structured, and progressive. You’ll understand the “why” behind your training and you’ll feel the difference.

If you’re ready to train with purpose, move better, and build strength that carries into every part of your life, I’d love to work with you.
