At Studio 4, we believe that lasting results begin with understanding your starting point.
Our Studio 4 Baseline Assessment is a comprehensive one-on-one evaluation designed to establish a clear picture of your current fitness and create a personalized roadmap toward your goals. Whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time, returning after a break, or striving for peak athletic performance, your assessment provides the insight needed to train with confidence and purpose.
Unlike a traditional “fitness test,” this assessment is designed to help—not judge. Every measurement becomes a benchmark that can be compared over time, allowing you to see meaningful progress and make informed adjustments to your training.
We recommend repeating your Baseline Assessment every 6–8 weeks to monitor your development, celebrate your achievements, and keep your fitness journey moving forward.

What We Measure
Your assessment combines objective measurements with professional coaching observations to create a complete picture of your current fitness.
Depending on your goals and experience, your assessment may include:
- Body Composition – Weight, body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, hydration, and other body composition metrics.
- Movement & Mobility – Functional movement patterns, flexibility, posture, balance, and joint mobility.
- Strength & Muscular Endurance – Grip strength, core stability, upper and lower body strength, and muscular endurance.
- Cardiovascular Fitness – Resting heart rate, recovery rate, cardiovascular conditioning, and aerobic fitness.
- Performance & Functional Capacity – Stability, coordination, movement efficiency, and other performance indicators appropriate to your fitness level.
- Lifestyle & Goal Assessment – Exercise history, current habits, previous injuries, lifestyle factors, and your short- and long-term fitness goals.
Your trainer will review every result with you, explain what the measurements mean, identify your strengths and greatest opportunities for improvement, and develop a clear action plan to help you achieve your goals.
